We offer a small private Single bed bedroom in one of the most convenient place.
Our flat is located right on the main road, few meters to the tram station and right opposite the bus stop, which all have a direct link to the city centre. So very easy when commuting to and from the city centre.
We're very close to the Etihad Stadium home of Man City FC, National Cycling Center and Regional Tennis Centre so great for all visitors to those places.

We located in a family area where most houses here are family so safety here are top.
Our place is set off the main road so it's very quiet during the day and night. You can find all types of food in this area even Thai :)

Good times and they are so simple and calm, we have a different culture but we understand each other and it is essential for a human being who wants to progress in any field with good people, but for me it is in football,
professional football team manager.Two beautiful women and many other people (women and men) trust me with my knowledge and experience, Lisa, Elisabeth, Alain, Andres ... they believe in me because it is an important value as the return effect...
I do not ask for a car, nor a castle where a house, nor the most beautiful woman of a recognized world ranking, I ask the eternal trust which will be sincere and especially for the life because the most important thing is to live of love and to be happy all your life by fidelity.
If, you and your team can help me to integrate a staff of a professional football team, I want to be useful with my knowledge and practice in a professional football team, I will be grateful to you, it is a moral debt, it is human and it is written.

Cheap and cheerful u get what u pay for small room single bed 1 table and 1 chair 4 hooks on the door for clothes 1 towel no table lamp no mirror no tv on frills but £20 a nite no problem .Use of kitchen was ok for teas coffee and washing machine shared shower and toilet a pain but only had 2 nights would go back again if it was just 1 night better facilities in other Homestay for same price
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
