I live in Manchester close to Heaton Park and the house backs onto Blackley Forest, it's very peaceful and when the sun shines nothing is nicer than sitting on one of the 2 decks with a cold drink and listening to some relaxing music and winding down for the day.
The house sits in a gated development so is very secure, it is predominately professional couples and singles who live on the development, both decks are very private and not overlooked at all.
I work office hours so am predominatley in during the evening, I'm not a loud person by any means and tend to just have a little dinner, pop to gym and watch a bit of tv on a weekday evening, I do like to keep my house clean and tidy.
I'm looking for short stays of upto 7 days, you would have your own bathroom to use which is directly adjacent to the bedroom.

About the Area
My house is located 3 miles from the city center and less than 1 mile from Heaton Park, it is a quiet development backing onto Blackley Forest, there is a metro link stop 15 mins walk away and a local bus stop just out side the development both will take you into the city center, our local taxi service is very quick and costs £9 roughly into city center although I am happy to drive for you for a small charge

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
