Our 4 bed house is situated in the area of Crumpsall which is approximately 3 miles North of City Centre Manchester. The area is adjacent to Cheetham Hill which is an area rich in heritage very diverse and multi-cultural with people from all different backgrounds and faiths.
I have hosted many diffrent international students in the past and I am very familiar with people from diffrent cultures and backgrounds.
I have a passion for cooking and baking. I love cooking dishes from Pakistani, Arabic, Chinese and Italian cuisine, so if you love good food then you can be rest assured that you will not go hungry. My family and I have lived in Manchester more or less all our lives and I absolutely love our great city. People from all over the world visit Manchester which has so much to offer and there is so much to do.
I live with my brother but we have a large extended family compromising of over 20 nephews and nieces and many uncles, aunts and cousins whom we visit and spend much of our time with when we are not working.
I am a people person and I really enjoy being around people and interacting with them. My brother is very similar and we are both very sociable and like meeting new people and making new friends.

About the Area
Our 4 bed house is situated in the area of Crumpsall which is approximately 3 miles North of City Centre Manchester. The area is adjacent to Cheetham Hill which is an area rich in heritage very diverse and multi-cultural with people from all different backgrounds and faiths.
Nearby to our house is Crumpsall Park which is one of the city’s oldest parks. The park has great sports facilities which includes 5 aside football pitch, tennis/basketball courts and arrears to relax and have picnics.
If you like to keep fit and enjoy going to the gym Abraham Moss Leisure Centre (approximately 10 minute walk from my house) has a gym, swimming pool and sauna facility.
The city centre of Manchester is a 15 minute bus ride away. The centre of Manchester has shops, cinemas and restaurants, museums and many other places to visit and enjoy.

Please keep our home secure and double lock the front door when entering and leaving.
Please feel free to use the kitchen as and when you please but just clean up after you finish.

Lovely family, really enjoyed my stay

Absolutely brilliant. Right from the moment I arrived till I left. Very welcoming despite my late arrival, made sure I had everything I needed and I felt very comfortable there. The location is very good as it takes 35 mins only by bus to central Manchester and very easy to find. I would highly recommend staying with Anver's family and I would definitely stay there again if I go to Manchester in the future.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
