I live in a modern, spacious three-bedroomed house. There are two double bedrooms and one single. The property presents a driveway to the front and a green space at the rear, which is good for relaxing. The house is secure and safe. It is situated in a quiet area and well presented in a very clean environment. The neighbours are friendly and the environment is kept alive with the laughter of playing children. There is easy access to all local amenities.

About the Area
My house is just 5 minutes drive from the train station. Buses are available every 15 minutes to my home. The area has a Medical Centre, shopping points, a recreational centre, a park for a short stroll and relaxation and also local libraries. The Manchester museum would certainly inspire those who admire works of art and there are lots of green houses around for those who relish nature's beauty. Three minutes drive on either way from my house will take you to one of two cinemas where you can view movies of your choice. Seeing that Manchester is the sports city, if you like bike riding, you would no doubt want to compete in bike riding or just ride for sheer fun. More than that, in clear view just a few hundred metres from my house can be seen the imposing pinnacle of Manchester Climbing Centre, a major attraction for sport lovers. A little further on there is the massive sports stadium where frequent matches are played, including football. It attracts tens of thousands. It once housed the Commonwealth Games. Most recently a brand new sports academy has been built to hone the talents of young aspiring athletes. An overhead bridge-like arch connects the routes that lead to the Sports Complex.

Very affordable and convenient option. You can easily walk to the city centre within 30 minutes, and the Wi-Fi is very fast. I highly recommend staying here especially if you are on a budget.

Very pleasant host. Cheap place to stay after concert. Slept well, only niggle is that could do with a proper lock on bedroom door, would definately stay again though if need a cheap place in Mancester.

It was my first time in Manchester, I was lucky to have Mr.Leslie who gave me many pieces of advice, helped me discover important places and shared with me wonderful moments.
The house is located in a pleasant place with good public transportation and about 15 minutes from the city center which gives the opportunity to visit many sites. I really enjoyed the experience and I thank Mr.Leslie for his support.

Genel was indeed a timely gift who brought grace to my home. He was so cooperative that we could do many things together and so open-minded that we could visit many places together. Genel was respectful, open in conversation, and able to offer suggestions. I wish he'll come again.

Would like to thank Leslie for his hospitality. He is a really lovely and polite man.
But if any guests prefer basic hygiene availability, then find another place.
Not working flush in toilet, dirty bed clothes, musty smell in the house.
In February 10°C inside, small mobile heater only, no warm water to wash.

The negative response from my guest is unjustified. The toilet flushes well. The bed linen was clean. The "musty smell" is questionable. The guest was free to open her room window to get fresh air, even though closed windows in winter are intended to conserve heat. Warm water is available in the toilet/ bathroom area. Instruction for the use of hot water in this area are posted on the wall. My guest never sought help if she could not follow the instructions. The room was provided with a heater

Beautiful quiet neighbourhood. Cosy homely feel friendly. Very welcoming even though arrived very late nothing was too much trouble. Definately would use again tucked away though georaphically very close to town lots of buses nearby if it were wet nxb

When do I pay?
