I love meeting people from all over the world. We have 1 Single available with Radio and TV.
You will have your own bathroom which is not shared.
Our interests range from learning foreign languages to socialising. My home is 40 km away from Manchester with a bus service every 20 minutes to the city.
Pat is 78. She speaks English and enjoys cooking, reading, socialising, travel, learning foreign languages, and gardening
Tony is 68 and enjoys socialising, travel, and learning foreign languages. He speaks English, and his hobby is fly fishing.
People can be met at either Manchester/Liverpool airports, or at Manchester bus station, for a fee of £150
Home is in a very quiet area and safe and there is free off road parking.
Bus service into Burnley every 20 minutes.
Burnley has bus and train connections
My rates are £100 per night for bed and breakfast
Lunch will be charged at £15 and evening dinner at £25
Please note that I have to charge these prices due to the price of food in the
U/K, also you are receiving a very high standard of home.
I also act as a guide during the stay, and will be able to take you to places you wish to see and visit.
I do not accept people who wish to pay less.

About the Area
Our house is a great location if you want to stay in Reedley. Don't worry as soon as you complete your booking and pay your deposit online you will get an email with our exact address.
Meals

House Rules
Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Keep noise to a minimum after 2200 hours please.
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home
No alcoholic drinks or drugs are allowed in the home.
Please treat the house furniture and fittings with respect,
leave the home a s you would wish to find it on arrival.
Do not adjust any TV or electronic items in the home.
Please ask and I will make your requested changes.
There is no better way to learn a foreign language than to speak it in everyday situations. Your host Tony offers qualified language instruction in his native language English. One hour of instruction costs 20.00 GBP. The classes will be given by the host himself at the accommodation.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
