About the Homestay
We welcome each guest as though old friends. My husband Dave and I live in a modern sunny three bedroom house .we provide b/b and if required evening meal at a small extra charge. We live in new Malden surrey very close to Kingston , Sutton and Epsom and Wimbledon.
Please not we no longer have CATS
There is a Bus stop at the bottom of our road 213 which goes to Kingston or Sutton. Trains to London take 15 mins and the station is a ten-minute walk. Kingston University, Hospital and large shopping centre are all within easy reach. Sutton, Epsom, Wimbledon & Richmond park also very close. We are close to 4 tube stations - New morden, motspur Park, Worcester Park, and Morden Manor - they are all within 10 or 15 mins walk. We are also close to the A3 to London.
We are close to Kingston Hospital and Kingston University.
.we have 6 grandchildren that keep us busy, we are members of the national trust and enjoy walking .my husband is a cyclist and has been a racing and track cyclist.
Please be aware that I have two very friendly cats.
I would be happy to take business people looking to stay from Monday to Friday and this could be on a longer term which we would agree on at the time.

I was so happy and comfortable while staying at Denise’s house. I really appreciate here help and support so that I can adapt to the new environment. I will definitely stay here if there is another chance.
I really enjoyed my stay with Denise and Dave. Their home was decorated with attention to details. I have been there in December and Christmas decorations were simply awesome. Besides, breakfast and dinner were very good and they make you feel at home all the time. The couple is very generous and hospitable and lives in a pretty nice neighbourhood. Absolutely fantastic time with Denise and Dave over the two weeks staying with them! They were very accommodating, friendly and helpful throughout. They have a wonderful house with plenty of space and well situated near many local transport links, local gym and supermarkets. I look forward to staying with them again in the future!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
