We are a friendly family we live in a terrace house located in Nottingham, 15 minutes from the town centre by bus, Nottingham is a vibrant city with 2 universities , cinemas, pubs restaurants, shopping centres, colleges to study many subject , one of them English as a foreign language. From our house two minutes on foot you can find : pubs, restaurants , supermarkets and shops. This is a nice, quite nieghborhood, We are a family of three . We speak English and Spanish both fluenly. Our house have 2 gardens one at the front of the house and the other one at the back, a living room, a dinner - kitchen, 2 bathrooms, three bedrooms. We also have a classrom with a toillet where we teach English and Spanish as a foreign languages, normally in 1-2-1 basis or in small groups. If you fancy a stay and learn English or Spanish at the same time welcome . If you would like only stay , welcome too. Two of the bedtroms are avaible to guests , one for one person and the other one for two people
* Please keep in mind that we do not accept reservations for the same check-in day! We ask that you arrive at least two days before your scheduled check-in time so that we can prepare the accommodation.

About the Area
Our house is near to the city centre. It is located on a quiet and safe neighbourhood. On foot, two minutes from our house, you can find , bus stops to go to town , a shopping area, restaurants, hairdresses, supermarkets pubs, leisure centres with swimming pools and also leisure activities in the local community centres, a library.

Rosa and her family are lovely. They went out of their way to accommodate me. Their house is clean and comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood with easy parking. It was a pleasure to stay there and I will do so again in the future.

Really enjoyed my stay, because I didn't want to go out, I came prepared with books, magazines, etc. to amuse myself. It was very quiet, clean, and just what I wanted for one night. Many thanks.

Rosa and her family Perry and santi aren't just hosts, they are a family. They have such a cozy house with English- Colombian culture. I spent 8 nights at their place and I enjoyed them a lot. I even had a Zumba class with Rosa :) The house is in a great location with shops and cafes around. It is only ten min away from Nottingham city centre and great access to transportation. So much recommended :)

Very friendly people and pirate style accommodation. I slept in the pirate room which was comfortable and suited my needs.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
