Beautiful Victorian 2 bedroom ground floor apartment, private entrance, patio, seating area and bbq. Secure parking to the rear. Completely renovated 2 years ago with period features. Large double bedroom with private bathroom/shower, double bed, triple wardrobe, chaise, dresser, desk area, blackout blinds. Linens and towels provided and complimentary laundry. Central heating. Single female host.

About the Area
My apartment is located 1 mile north of Nottingham City Centre with good transport links via bus and tram, close to Nottingham Trent University and Nottingham University. Mapperley Park is considered an affluent area of Nottingham. Largely grand Victorian Houses within tree lined streets. Local stores, restaurants and bars are close by. The closest public transport stop is 2 minutes away.

House Rules
Simple rules are to respect the property, maintain the room and bathroom in good order and cleanliness. Respect the home generally, dishes should be put in the dishwasher and clothes removed from the washer/dryer timely. Remove linens/ towels provided to the owner weekly for laundry service. Be polite, respect my neighbours and ensure rental amounts are paid on time. Keys provided are kept safe and if lost, will be replaced at the cost of the guest.
Guests may not smoke within the home but I am happy for a guest to smoke outside, on the patio, within the property.

Honestly I am really disappointed. l came only to study and everything was shut down because of the Virus.
So I had to travel back home but refused to refund me. I understand it’s not my fault neither hers but I was thinking she could be quite fair to the situation. I paid for the days I stayed with her and just asked for the rest when I traveled.December 2019
The host cancelled the booking 13 days before the arrival date.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
