We take our guests health and safety very seriously. Deep clean after each departure. Hand sanitiser, masks and gloves are provided. Also, self-check-in and self check out to ensure maximum guests safety.
Modern two bedroom self - contained studio Flat- Separate from the main house - with separate private entrance and en-suite.
It is situated close to the City Centre, Nottingham University, Jubilee Campus, and Queen Medical Centre. Free on-road street parking.
This studio flat has two comfortable beds. One room has a comfortable king-size bed and the other room has a double bed as can be seen in the pictures. This house is ideal for families with children as we have a newly developed park just around the corner ( a travel cot for a child is also available on request).
The room comes with an en-suite shower room. The studio flat also contains 40Inches Smart TV and NetFlix, kettle, and a microwave.
Tea and coffee making facilities are provided. A hairdryer, basic toiletries are also provided. Fresh towels and clean linens are provided for all our guests.
There is private access via covered secure driveway and off-road parking with no extra cost. You will be provided with your house key and main entrance key.
I am a teacher and, my wife is a Doctor but not practising at the moment due to caring for our beautiful young daughter.

You will have a whole Flat to urself.
A detailed message containing information about the direction to reach our house will be sent before your arrival.
Self-check-in is available - Details will be sent before arrival.
Early and late Check-in can be arranged prior to your arrival. Please, let us know and we will try and accommodate as much as we can.

About Nottingham:
Nottingham is famous for being the home of Robin Hood and his Merry Men who hid out in Sherwood Forest in a bid to avoid being captured by the Sheriff of Nottingham. Although the folklore of Robin Hood is a major attraction, the city of Nottingham has plenty more to offer.

Our house is three minutes walk from a bus stop and regular buses are available every 10 minutes to go to town ( 5 minutes on the bus to the City Centre).
Nottingham University is 15 to 18 minutes’ walk. You can also take a bus.
City Centre/ Vitoria Centre:
Victoria centre in 7 to 10 minutes. Bus number 28,30 and 31 Take you to the city centre right in front of Victoria centre.
Nottingham University Jubilee Campus:
We are very close to Nottingham University Jubilee Campus (10 min walk),
Queens medical centre
QMC is only Maximum 15 minutes’ walk.
Shops and amenities nearby:
Bars, Restaurants, Co-op, Tesco Express and Lidl supermarkets, pharmacies, pubs, takeaways including Subway, Greggs, and Domino's Pizza are few minutes’ walk away.

Additional people are charged as per pricing conditions in the booking process. Please be honest and inform me when having extra guests stay including children. If your guest is staying over, added £10 will be charged.

Please let us know if you need access to kitchen-Female guests have full access to the kitchen.This accommodation option offers additional sleeping arrangements in the living area utilising a Double Sofa bed. Extra linen and duvets are available to cater for extra guests.
Leaving the apartment as you find it and a reasonable clean up is always appreciated.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
