About the Homestay
Ideal location for serious students, research fellows, or maybe you want to explore the history of Robin Hood. We are close to the lovely Nottingham city centre and not far from sherwood forest. I live in a large house with 3 spare double rooms suitable for singles, couples and groups. Across the road is an Aldi supermarket selling reasonably priced quality foods. Round the corner is the fabulous Woodthorpe Park with its well kept mini golf course, table tennis, football pitch and tropical garden. we are close to many 'curiosity' shops, and restaurants and pubs. NTU and Nottingham city centre is short bus ride away, frequency of every ten minutes at peak times.

Sue is really kind and helpful person. It was a good experience to live with her and her daughters. :)
This was my absolute best experience of staying in someone's house.
I came to Nottingham as a student and stayed with Sue while I was looking for long term accommodation. She is such a gentle and interesting lady with a high sense of moral values. She would generously share great tips about literally anything from cooking to finding my way in the city. She is open-minded and no matter which corner of the word you come from, you can be assured that you will feel at home at Sue's. I will definitely stay with her if in the future I come back to Nottingham.
Very plaisant holidays, Sue ans her family was very sympatic, ans help us very ofen.
Sue is very friendly and helpful. Our room was really comfortable, we enjoyed our trip.
Sue a wonderful person I enjoyed a lot during my stay with her even though I only slept with her during the two week period but I enjoyed all the comfort that I am looking for. I learned a lot from her. She is a very fighting and distinct person being who inspired me with her artistic work and her outlook on life. Thank you sue for everything you have done for me and my brother too.
I was two months discovering more than a host a friend who can rely on both beautiful things and bad things a person Always present at home and that for any need is always available sweet and kind and caring environment at home It is very nice. You are still and have the possibility to rest and do your job.
Miss Sue and her family are friendly and very helpful. I feel like I am staying at my home with them and the house is not far from center and bus stop close to the house . Thanks a lot miss Sue
