Please note that we don’t accept couples , or guests who have to work at home. We also can not host any one under the age of 18.
The price for the room includes light cereal breakfast and dinner and access to two loads of machine wash per week ( extra load will be charged at £5 each load). My husband is English and I am Chinese. We speak English in the house. We have a 17-year old daughter and a very cute cat. We cook English, Italian, Chinese food. Our 4-bedroom 2-bathroom 2-storey house comes with a big back garden, and it is approximately 2 minute walk to Branksome recreation ground where people play football and do daily excercises, 10 min walk to a fitness gym, Branksome train station, bus stop and Bournemouth gardens, 10 minutes drive to Bournemouth beach and Bournemouth town center, 20 minutes walk to Kaplan. We have hosted quite a lot of students from Kaplan and other local language schools. Our rooms are spacious, tastefully decorated with matching furniture and come with nice views. 67MB/ second super fast fiber optic broadband is provided. We have travelled to many countries and enjoy meeting people from different culture. If you have special dietary requirements, pls get in touch before booking, as there will be extra charges. We will require a 10 percent non refundable deposit from guests before booking (by PayPal payment) and the rest of the payment can be paid upon arrival by cash.

About the Area
Our house is close to Branksome recreation ground, a place where people play football and go for walks. It is also 25 min walk from Kaplan, 8 min bus ride / 30 minutes walk from Bournemouth university, 10 minute walk to Bournemouth garden, a fitness gym and Branksome train station, 10 minute drive to Bournemouth town center and Bournemouth beach.

House Rules
Guests are welcome to use the kitchen, use the toaster, microwave and kettle, make tea, coffee and sandwiches. However, you are not allowed to use gas hob or oven, or invite someone else to sleep overnight, or have a party in the house. If you want to invite a friend to stay for a couple of hours, please ask first. Quiet time is 11pm-6:30am.

An awesome experience with fantastic amenities, in a quiet neighbourhood. Thoroughly enjoyed my time here & highly recommend it. Wonderful homely meals & spacious rooms provide everything you could ask for. Had a brilliant time here.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
