Geoff and Fiona would like to welcome you to their friendly family, with a lovely comfortable home in Poole Dorset. We have two bedrooms available for home stay, they are comfortable, clean and homely. Also within our home with have a good size bathroom with shower. A nice cosy lounge, offering cable television. Also a kitchen diner, which has a nice quite area for chilling out also with cable TV. We have a lovely south westerly garden offering lots of sunshine on nice warm days, with the additional bonus of a hot tub and a Jazz bar.
We also have a golden Labrador called Brugal, he is very friendly . And a cat called Layla.
We live within a few miles of beautiful stunning beaches, stretching from Bournemouth all the way to sandbanks, there are lots of greats things to see and do with the Dorset area. Which you can explore on our great pubic transport system.
We have one large bedroom with wardrobe and side cabinet. And also a single bedroom with wardrobe and side cabinet. All bedrooms have full central heating and Wifi. Bedding is provide and changed weekly.
We have been doing home stay for the last two year with a local school, where we won host family of the year 2013 award.

About the Area
Our house is located between Bournemouth and Poole Town. The bus stops are only a 5 minutes walk away. Which will get you anywhere with the area.
Bournemouth and Poole have lots of Bars and restaurants offering lots of different cuisines.
We have a local airport ( Bournemouth) which is 20 minutes car journey from us. The international airports are 2/3 hours away, which has a good coach service running to Bournemouth or Poole.
Also we have a train station with a 20 minute walk. To take you to some of the city's i.e. London

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
