I live in a quiet road in the suburbs of Poole, with good transport links into Poole and Wimborne. There are other local buses to take you further out into Bournemouth during the day however this service stops in the afternoon from 5pm. For evenings you would have to take two buses and travel via Poole (A car would be beneficial for Bournemouth - approximately 20-45 mins journey depending on traffic). My house is a semi-detached property with one modern bathroom, modern kitchen with new cooker (love to cook) the lounge/diner open, sunny and colourful with a sun room that is currently used as a studio. The double bedroom has chair, clothes rail, chest of drawers and tv/DVD. The garden has a large decked area with table and chairs and a mature garden if you want to enjoy some outside space.
I have 2 cats that are super friendly and will warmly greet you anytime - I can’t stop them!!

About the Area
My house is situated in a quiet and safe suburb of Poole. The house is approximately 3 miles north of Poole and half a mile south of Broadstone. The local bus stop is 3 minutes walk with links to Poole, Bournemouth and Wimborne.
A few minutes walk will bring you to a local convenience store and a couple of takeaway restaurants. There is a Lidl and 24 hour Supermarket further along the road, I estimate a 10-15 minute walk. Broadstone has a number of local shops, takeaway restaurants and pubs.

Meals

Please feel free to use the kitchen but tidy up after yourself. Smoking is allowed outside but not in the house. Please respect my neighbours and keep noise down after 11pm.

My mum and I stayed there for 3 nights and we had a brilliant time! Tash was a fantastic host and the place was equally great. Clean and very tidy. Will definitely be back!

Tash is an amazing host, very friendly and flexible! The house is nice, comfortable and well situated. It was a lovely homestay and the cats have love to share.

Tash is with no doubt the best host ever: she was kind, attentive to me, and funny !
Bed & house are clean, cats are so lovely, the neighbourhood is beautiful and pleasant.
Tesco is about 15 min by feet (easy), bus stop just in front of the house.
I spent an enjoyable month with Tash & kitten.
I recommend her to everyone.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
