I Live in a lodge looking out to the sea, there is decking around the lodge where u can sit, I've got a hot tub there's parking this place has Gates on the entrance which you would need a fob to get into, lv got a Ensuite king size room & double room u woyld use the shower room which is in the hall way, Wi-Fi sky and Netflix, there are two restaurants WithinIn a few minutes walking distance, lm been workinghas a carer for 25 years, l have 3 boys who r in there thirty, 3 grandchildren, l live at the lodge and do stay with my partner, my hobbies r going out with friends swimming watching film's when l have time, l have been a host over 20 years, l love talking to all types of people. My lodge so nice and cosy, just to make it clear to guests, I sometimes will be staying at the lodge but if lm not there I do rent out both rooms, so u could be Sharing with other people all myself.

My friend and I came to Portsmouth for the Victorious Festival weekend. Our host Tracey has a cute lodge in a quiet area. The lodge was clean & tidy with comfortable beds. Decking outside with seating & eating area.
Tracey was friendly, informative & reachable at anytime if any issues arose, which they didn't.
We had a great weekend and would happily stay at Tracy's again.
Tracey, contacted me few days before we arrive. She was not able to host us because she was away so she arranged her friend to hand us keys, show the lodge. We also were informed where we can find local shops. We had great holiday and made great memories. We enjoyed long walk along People's Memorial, Swan Lake to Eastney beach and walk to Southsea beach and also that we could use kitchen and chill inside when it was raining outside.
Tracey was very helpful with any issues I had and the place was clean and tidy.
Tracey is the best host ever, she's such a kind and caring person and made my experience in Portsmouth so lovely. I would recommend staying at her lodge because I haven't stayed anywhere quite so nice!

The room was very clean and comfortable, good and quick respond from the owner. 10min drive to the town centre, highly recommended.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
