Hi there, I live on my own and work from home. I enjoy travel although it has been lacking recently!
I enjoy quality live music, film, walking, photography.
I am relaxed around the house.
WiFi is available and a list of films you can access.
I live 10 minutes walk from Sale town centre which offers the tram and bus connections to Manchester, Old Trafford, Altrincham, The Trafford Centre and many other destinations.
The house is rural and quiet.
Off road parking.
You are free to come and go as you please.

About the Area
Sale centre is mainly paved and is full of excellent eateries from many countries.
There are several supermarkets and the independent shops offering specialist services.
It's 3 minutes drive to the M60 circular, 10 minutes to the tram and centre

As I'm vegetarian I'm happy for cold meats to be prepared but please don't cook any meat, fish or chicken.
Please don't wear outdoor shoes inside. Slippers are provided.
Its OK to smoke outside in the garden. Vapes are OK inside
Payment Policy: Please make payment before arriving. My preferred payment method is Paypal
Cancellation Policy: I ask guests to give at least 3 days’ notice for any cancellation. Any cancellation later than this will not be refunded.
Smoking is not allowed.
Nev made us feel very welcome and was helpful with information regarding the area, where to eat, tram stops etc. Room was clean, warm and comfortable as was the bathroom - just what we needed. A great host.

I personally did not stay at Nev's. I booked the stay for my husband (we are separated) but I understand from him that Nev was very kind and helpful and he enjoyed his stay.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
