I live in a semi detached house in Salford Manchester with my husband and my beautiful daughter. Our home is about 15 minutes by bus to Manchester City centre and it's located in a quiet street with lovely neighbours. We are a young couple who enjoys life quietly and love to meet people.
we are ideally looking for students to stay with us but professionals are welcome too. please note that this room is for one individual only.
We have a separate kitchen and dining room facing our large garden, which our guests are welcome to relax in.
Stay with Abiola and Mat in our home in Manchester. We have 1 Single with Closet / Wardrobe, Desk and Lamp, TV, and Mirror. We have lots of varied interests; cooking, reading, nature, science, fashion design, socialising, car, bike racing, television, music, gigs, festivals, and travel.

Our house is located in Salford just 15 minutes by bus to Manchester City Centre and a few stop to Salford university.
The bus stop is only 1 minute walk from the house and there are lots of bus options using the stop

She is a lovely host. She made me a cup of tea on my arrival, I need that very badly. The room was lovely and clean. I liked the extra soft floor mat in the bathroom. The location is very convenient for Manchester city center and there multiple buses just 5 min walk from her place. At the moment some bus operators offer £10 ticket for a week travel. I was able to use this bus pass in the south Manchester as well. There is Aldi store next to bus stop. Very highly recommended.

I had a swell time. She's got a lovely home and she's very friendly. She assisted me with finding my way around. I will definitely stay with her whenever i visit Manchester.

I really want the people to know your home is friendly home . I really felt welcomed from you and your family . I spent almost two months in your home . It was really nice single room very tidy as well the bath .

She keeps her house very tidy as well she cleaned my room and the bath regularly .
I am recommended for anyone who looking for nice and cheep room to book your rooms .
One thing you would like know it is quite far away from the city center and this my reason to try to find something closer but it is close from SALFORD UNI if you are going to study there .THANKS AGAIN

Abiola is a great host, their home a neat and comfortable house, the room spacious and comfortable. The location is perfect for me, quiet and safe. A very pleasant young family made me feel very welcome. The room was very comfortable and clean with a modern TV. The house was situated in a very safe area and parking was not a problem. I would definitely stay here again.
How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
