Bright attic room in compact terrace house.
Room has single bed with guest bed underneath that pulls out to same height as the first bed if there are two guests. Desk, chair, mirror, wardrobe, TV/DVD.
Shared bathroom, kitchen and living room.
Includes bills, WiFi, and meals if negotiated before booking.
Locality is fantastic, with bars, pubs, restaurants, cafes and plenty of shops around.
2mins walk to frequent bus route. 20mins walk to both Universities, Hallamshire Hospital and City Centre (otherwise known as 'Town' in these parts)
Must love cats as mine makes this house a home.

Please try not to disturb me or the neighbours between 11pm-8am...unless I am part of it! ;-)
Please open the bathroom window after having a shower or bath and close about an hour later when all the moisture has gone. If staying in the winter, please do not dry your clothes in your room, but ask to be shown where to do so.

It was a pleasure to stay at Shelley's home. The room was very clean and tidy. New towels and the hairdryer was fantastic which I wasn't expecting to find. Also, there was a TV and lots of DVDs in the room. The room was quite silent which offers a peaceful sleep.
The location is fantastic. It is very close to Enclift Park, you can have long walks and just maybe 3-4 mins away from the main road. Very close to food and markets.
Shelley is a very kind person and it was very nice to have little chats with her. She is flexible for different options to make the stay easier for you. Wish you all the best Shelley.
I strongly recommend everybody to stay with Shelley's.

Everything was Fine, Shelley made me very Welcome and the House was Great, very Quiet area
and No Problems what so ever, I would stay again if I'm in the Sheffield area again, and will book again if available.... Highly Recommended.October 2016

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
