About the Homestay
Comfortable single room overlooking gardens in Stanmore London. Only five minutes walk from Stanmore station and two minutes walk across the road to the Broadway. Stanmore is an upmarket suburb of London and boosts plenty of cafes and restaurants to choose from as well as some lovely little boutiques and the usual Supermarkets, etc.
Breakfast of Toast/Rolls, Jams,Tea and coffee.
Microwave is available for heating ready cook meals to be eaten in the kitchen.
Agreed booking in times between 2pm and 9pm. (Will extend to 10pm if coming from abroad). Booking out time as agreed by 11am.
Payments to be made via Bank transfer or Paypal no later than 1 week before arrival. If you book months in advance, I will require payment a month in advance.
Cancellation policy: a cancellation made 4 weeks prior to coming receives a full refund. Cancellations made after 4 weeks until 2 weeks will receive 50% refund. Cancellations made after 2 weeks but before 1 week will receive 25% refund. Finally any cancellation made 7 days or less prior to coming will receive no refund.

About the Area
My place is situated in NW London, not for from the M25 or the M1. Stanmore underground station is situated just five minutes walk away and the train will take you into the heart of London in 32 minutes (Baker Street).

Payment is to be made 30 days before arrival. Cancellation Policy is if the guest cancels less than 14 days in advance, the nights not spent are not refunded. If cancellation is made after the 14 days, 50% of the room charge is refunded. I only accept bank transfer or Paypal. ( no cash on arrival)
Clean the bathroom after use
Kitchen may be used for eating breakfast and cooking ready meals in the microwave. Or if you wish to bring a take away in to eat in the kitchen that's fine.
Smoking is not allowed.
I have had a very beautiful experience; Kay is a nice and fantastic person; the next time I will come, I will choose certainly her.
Kate was fantastic--very accommodating, especially because I had arrived missing a piece of luggage and she willingly offered to wait around for it. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and it was situated in a good area. What more could you want?

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 199 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
