I have two grown up children [boys] who do not live with me. I live in Sydenham South East London.
My house is a 3 bedroom terraced house with a self- contained unit
The living room gets the sunlight in the summer.
The garden has a patio which is good for BBQ in the summer and grass area where we can sit on.
I work as a care assistant/administration allocation officer for a health & social care agency.
My hobbies are cooking, entertaining, eating out, cinema.
My home is located near shops and is a short walking distance to the 75, 202 bus stop that will take you into Catford and Lewisham Town Centre.
There are 2 train stations with many local routes into Central London from Lower Sydenham and Upper Sydenham approx. 10-15 mins walk away.

The house is located on a quiet street off the main road which is in a busy shopping area with various different shops and take away restaurant
We are located about 10 minutes walk from the train station which will take you into central London & City.
Buses are frequent into Lewisham and various other city centre
My house is about 10 minutes walk from the bus stops directly into Lewisham

I do not allow smoking anywhere in my home
Feel free to use the kitchen but tidy up after yourself
Bathroom should be left clean & tidy as you find it
I do not allow out door shoes to be worn in house to be left at the front door

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
