We live in a beautiful and clean 4 bedroom house in Thornton Heath, London. Our family consist of me, my husband,a young women host and a 24 year old brother. We have two rooms available within our family home which consist of 2 large double bedrooms. We have a large open plan Kitchen/ dining room that opens into the garden. Our garden is medium size and is very nice to sit and enjoy especially during the spring and summer period.We have several parks very close by to our home. We live walking distance from the local shop and leisure facilities with swimming pool and gym. We are one train stop away from a large shopping center in Croydon where you will find a lot of high street shops plus a local market for fresh fruits and vegetables. 'You will be only 10 minutes away from the train & bus services and traveling will be easy.We are 20 minutes away from Victoria by train and 30 minutes away from Gatwick airport by train or by car.

About the Area
Our house is located on the north side of the city in a quite and nice area.We are 3km from the city centre and only 20 minutes drive from Gatwick airport.The bus stop is only 2 minutes from the house.15 minutes drive to Croydon College.

-No pets to stay
- Please do not invite strangers or visitors into our home
- Keep noise to a minimum after 9pm please
- Must come back to the homestay before 11pm. (Excluding emergencies)
- No shoes inside please (only slippers)
-Drinking alcohol is not permitted
- Check-in time is 4.00 pm( only Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday) Changes can be made depending on your situation.
- Check-in on Saturday & Sunday is anytime.
-Check out time is 9am.
We may be given a house key during long term stays. If you lose the key you will have to pay £100 for new locks
-Kitchen can be used by eating breakfast and light meals.
-Please pay the full amount of your accommodation in advance in your arrival.
-Enjoy your stay and treat our home as you would your own home.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
