We are a animal loving family,2 dogs and 2 cats and gerbil named chocolate.
We have 2 lovely letting rooms a ensuit double with your own terrace and table and chairs and 1 single with a beautiful roll top bath bathroom , mick my husband loves sport. He is a semi retired cricket umpire , I myself am now more home based. Was in business for last 20 years no i have a baguette deli shop locally,, I enjoy home cooking , going to the beach as a family and films, we have 6 children between 5 are grown up and we have our 8 year old now at home, and new grand child very close by,

About the Area
We are 15 min walk from the sea, there are many beaches in the bay and a beautiful marina . There are boat trips and old steam train rides available close by and famous totes is 25 min in the car or there are lots of local buses to so many areas, there is a zoo in Paignton the next town along , and living coast is walking distance from the house , we have a very good town center with all the usual eateries you know,there are also little quaint cafes selling traditional Devon cream teas with clotted Devonshire cream . Or good old fish and chips by the seaside , many lovely walks are around, also slot machines to play on in various different archad s , there is a big traditional pier in Paignton, bowling alley in town and a museum opposit' , you can just relax and enjoy the English riviera sunshine or get busy it's entirely your own choice

Edwina was lovely and very friendly. The bed was so comfortable. The property is in a great location for people visiting the area and we would definitely recommend it.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
