My home is i a warm .quiet .clean house. The red room has fitted wardrobes and plenty of space .including double bed and kitchenette next door with bathr oom .I also have a large blue room with balcony with single bed that overlooks the garden that can be for smokers as well .and very comfortable .the sitting room has a fridge ,microwave ,toaster ,sandwich toaster .Coffee and tea provided .I like to get together for a drink or glass of wine sometimes when we are both home and help with your activities and travels ,helping to plan on line routes and showing the best places to visit so no time is wasted. I'm looking forward to meeting you .If you have any questions call,text or email .There is a local gym next door and all of London is so easy to get to from here and very quick .Victoria .

About the Area
The house has a playing field that backs onto the house and the single room has a balcony that overlooks it all. Large comfortable room .warm and clean next to the bathroom which is shared .kitchen facilities available .I'm am very close to the bus stop that goes to walthamstow central and highams park or chingford. The other end of the road goes to Stratford 25 mins jour ney .to Stratford. The red doubler oom is fully fitted with large wardrobes. Double bed and very relaxing .kitchenette next door and bathroom across the hall. It is a short distance to Westfield shopping center and Olympic stadium .

No guests are allowed apart from paying guest as it's nice and private . Downstairs rooms are for private use only, unless you cone and have a cup of tea or glass of wine . .no loud music please.I would be grateful. The house is very comfortable so no extra heaters as you won't need any and no pets .thankyou so much for taking the time to read all of this . Please note .... Victoria was so lovely and made my experience of moving to London from NZ so much easier. She was incredibly kind and flexible with my changing travel plans. Excellent location and the house is very clean and tidy. Highly recommend

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
