Spacious double room available in family home with private bathroom. Towels, linen and breakfast of tea/coffee and toast included. Cosy, clean, creative home and owners that enjoy meeting new people. Shared TV/living room. Free Wi-Fi. Close to A3M and countryside.
We can host single travellers, couples (partners/civil partners), families, students and those away from home on business. We want our guests to feel welcome and offer our home in which we hope you will feel comfortable. We are an 'easy going' musical household and have a white grand piano (which you can play if you'd like to) and a newly fitted woodburner in the living room which we hope you will sit by. We love to meet new people and enjoy hosting but are also happy to give you privacy and space should you prefer this.
Our home is within walking distance (1 mile) of 2 good village pubs which do superb food. We are close to the South Downs National Park (Butser Hill and Queen Elizabeth Country Park) which has lovely walks. We are also very accessible for the A3M with its fast links to Portsmouth (& ferries to France/Spain), Chichester and Guildford. There is an excellent Medi Spa in the village (The Grace Clinic) offering relaxing and therapeutic treatments.
There is parking at the property and we can give advice on local places of interest to visit. Guests can come and go as they please.

About the Area
Our house is situated in a semi-rural location. Close but not too close to the A3M with its fast links to Portsmouth (and the historic dockyard), Chichester, and Guildford. It has a bus stop within walking distance, 2 good pubs (within 1 mile) and a small shopping centre for all day to day essentials. There are lovely country walks close by.

Very lovely place to stay, you feel home.
Room and bathroom very clean and lots off space. Breakfast was superb.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
