Large Family Home close to open countryside.
I live on a quiet road in a leafy suburb of Wimborne with my three children, two of which are now grown up. We have a large kitchen that opens into a large conservatory. We have a large garden with a decked area for BBQ's and socialising along with a garden bar and a hot tub. There is a large driveway with lots of parking space and a bus stop is 1 minute away at the end of the lane with access to either Wimborne, Bournemouth or Poole.
Our house has 6 bedrooms and four bathrooms and a large lounge area with a conservatory to relax in.
We have two golden retrievers who are quite sociable as well as 2 Cherry Valley ducks (Elizabeth and Queen Victoria).

About the Area
We are close to the A31 and 20 minutes drive to Bournemouth Airport. It is a short driveby car or a 20 minute walk into the old market town of Wimborne, renowned for its ancient Minster, quaint shops, bars and restaurants. Our home is a short drive or a bus ride away from some of the best beaches in the United Kingdom, including Sandbanks, Shell Bay, Studland and Bournemouth, all of which are accessible by car or bus. The bus stop is one minute away at the end of the lane. There are lots of places of interest to visit and Dorset has Englands first natural World Heritage Site - The Jurrasic Coast. We are walking distance to two local pubs both of which serve good food. There is a post office in the village along with a supermarket. Wimborne has lots of restaurants and pubs as well as a theatre/cinema.

Paula was the most welcoming, accomodating and perfect host for me! I loved staying in this warm home environment and loved her and her family. Our room was big clean and fresh. Couldnt have wanted for better! A very short walk to the bus and to a wonderful recreation and play area for my daughter. I HIGHLY recommend

warm welcome from our host. made us feel like old friends. on arrival invited to have tea, coffee or perhaps a glass of wine. Nothing too much trouble. Ideal location to travel to Bournemouth Airport for early morning flight. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
