My property is located in central Worthing being a 3 minute walk from Worthing Central train station and a 5 minute walk into the town centre. I have recently refurbished the whole property to a very high standard, this includes a new gas combi boiler installed, new kitchen, new bathroom, new carpets, new paint job, new décor, complete re wire, the works. Its all complete and ready to be lived in.
One room I offer can be used as a double room or single dependant how much floor space you require. This room comes with its own large private balcony which features a brand new modern stainless steel railing with obscure glass panelling for privacy. Inside the bedroom you will find a wall mounted tv with satellite connection ready for use. You will also find a wardrobe ready for use.
Secondary room is a single room with built in in storage/wardrobe and a satellite tv connection ready for use.
Both rooms will come fully furnished and have both been recently decorated ready to be lived in.
Inside the rest of the house you will have use of the Wifi, kitchen and bathroom. Inside the bathroom you will find a large L shaped bath with a powerful shower. Inside the kitchen you will have use of the washing machine and tumble dryer for laundry.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
