Friendly family home (with two cats). The home is a large semi detached house with a large garden with a single room available.
The room has a double wardrobe, bedside table, large wall mirror, under bed storage space and a single bed (with bedding).
There is wifi available throughout the home.
There is also have a double room available upon request .
The bathroom has a shower over the bath and towels available for guests.
We have a large garden which you are welcome to use.
The house is a 10 minute walk to the train station (East Worthing), 5 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to Worthing town centre, so very accessible. There is also on street parking available however this requires a permit at the rate of £1 per day.
We also have a conservatory and a large open plan dining/ lounge area. We also have facilities for toddlers / young children if needed.

About the Area
Our house is located 10 minutes walk to the train station, and two minutes walk to a bus stop. The town center is a ten minute walk away, featuring two cinemas, a leisure center and many shops. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house and the house is located in a quiet safe area. The house is also 1 minute walk away from a park, featuring a basketball court, skate park and tennis court.

Sam was lovely and welcoming. The house is quiet and on a quiet road, not too far from beach and shops. Room is very small but cosy and very clean with central heating. I would stay again.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
