Our names our Jimmy and Susan, we live in a quite neighborhood,we have been here for 20 years. My mom worked at Disneyland for over 17 years and we have many items from over the years as you travel up the staircase of our homestay. We have a pug dog,2 birds. We have a small vegetable garden and fruit trees. We also have a tropical garden in our back yard with a fish pond and a water turtle named dog.
We have a separate ententrance through a small garden area, to a door that leads to a indoor stair case which leads you to a Full Kitchen,stove,microware,diswasher. Full dinning room area for 6. Full livingroom area with TV and Cable. A Full Bathroom with shower. Laundry washer and dryer combo in bathroom. Master Bedroom,Cal King, and twin walk in closet and TV. Second Bedroom,full bunk bed and twin on top. Large balcony with BBQ, Sitting area to enjoy outside. A small park for kids is a walk away from our home.
Our home is 15 min or so walking distance to Disneyland and to Down Town Diseny. Also we are close to the Anaheim Covention Center. We are close to the 5 freeway which can take you to many Southern California Destinations. We have The Block Out Let mall close, as well as Anaheim Mall. Close to grocery stores as well as fast food.

About the Area
We live about 20 min from John Wayne Airport. We are about 15 min from Artic Train Station. You can walk to Bus stops in several directions. We are close to fast food restaurants,grocery stores and a Anaheim Plaza about 4 miles.

House Rules
No pets. No smoking on premises ,No over night guest ,No leaving trash in home, No access to downstairs living area or backyard area,No parking in draveway only during street sweeping hours,No loud noise of any sort after 10 pm to 9 am, all day time guest must be identified ,No delivery to address except by approval from homeowner.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
