Welcome to “Monique” a newly renovated and professionally decorated Modern French Home Located in Ardmore PA. Just a quick walk and ten minute train ride to Center City Philadelphia.
“Monique” is available for special event rentals, or weekly travelers. Your home away from home has been newly renovated and professionally decorated with beautiful gray hues, natural woods and exotic stone. Stunning loft Great Room with eighteen-foot tall windows and ceilings with an adjacent cozy TV lounge awaits you. Amazing gourmet kitchen featured in the 2015 Ardmore Kitchen Tour. With an island that seats six. Intimate back yard Patio perfect for enjoying a glass of wine. Very large first floor Master King Bed Room en suite master bath has a large walk in multi-head spa shower, soaking tub, and a bidet. The second floor hosts 2 Queen Bedrooms and a shared hall bath with walk in multi-head spa shower.
Your host Brett and Joseph has been in the hospitality and service industry for over twenty-five years. They will be staying on site in the sub-terrain to provide you with concierge service. Information regarding restaurants, both in the suburbs and center city along with local attractions can be provided. You will enjoy a full breakfast in the morning and snacks in the afternoon, with complimentary wine.
A note from Brett and Joseph: “Monique” is our home and we are very proud of her. We have been a couple for thirty years and our friends and beliefs are very diverse. We honor and respect everyone’s beliefs and all are welcome here. We know you will make our home your home.

About the Area
“Monique” is located in Western Suburbs 10 miles from Center City Philadelphia . A quick ten-minute walk to the Ardmore train station; from there you can get Septa Regional Rail and be in Center City in ten minutes. The Regional Rail travels the Main Line of Philadelphia stopping at all of the neighboring towns. The Ardmore train station is also a hub for Amtrak, which travels to Lancaster, Philadelphia, and New York City. Uber is also readily available in the area.

How do I book?

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
