Hello, we are married couple with no children living in the home.
We work from home and are easily available to answer questions and assist based on our availability. We have 2 rooms that share 1.5 baths together.
We are located in what is voted one of Atlanta's best walking neighborhoods, Virginia Highland. Our home is a renovated 1925 Craftsman style bungalow for which our neighborhood is known. Walk to nearby restaurants, shops, boutiques, parks, nightlife and festivals. We are central to all Atlanta has to offer. The light breakfast we provide is upon arrival and is available to get you started depending on length of stay.
We have been hosting our home to the corporate traveler and international students since 2013. We have many happy guests and students that have left us very heart warming reviews over the years.
When requesting to stay with us please tell us a bit about yourself, the nature of your visit and your expected schedule. Let us know if you have any special needs or requests.
**Due to the pandemic we have paused our hosting. We hope to return to welcoming guests by April 2021.

Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, Virginia Highland / Morningside, close to Piedmont Park. The MARTA bus pick up and drop off is just steps away from our home, a few houses down. The MARTA rail station is a short walk, bike or bus ride away (3.2km) . There are public bikes and scooters available as well.

*Deposit required upon booking
*Stays less than 28 nights must be paid in full upon reserving. *Upon booking we will send you PayPal info for secure transaction. Please note, a service charge of 3% applies on all PayPal transactions. (Please Note, this is in addition to 15% booking fee paid to Homestay).
*Deposit and/or Accidental Rental Damage Protection paid by guest, approx $2 per day.

*Price on long term homestay's incur a $150 departure fee
*Cleaning fee for stays 1-27 nights range $40-$80
*Cancellation Policy - 50% refund if canceled within 14 days prior to arrival. No refund if cancelled 7 days or less.

*No children (our home is not suitable for children)
*No smoking indoors. IF you smoke outside you must use provided outdoor ash trays and bins

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
