I live in an historic intown neighbourhood 1.6 ml from central Atlanta . I have several properties and listings close to downtown. I host males females and couples no kids or pets please. The guys dorm houses are clothing optional. So just underwear or nudity is no problem in the dorm or at the house. My house is your house.

About the Area
Don't worry as soon as you complete your booking and pay your deposit online you will get an email with our exact address. I can help you then with exact directions as soon as you let me know how you will be arriving. My house is very easy to find in Adair Park. I have a few properties so please confirm the correct address that you will be staying at.

Please keep our home secure and lock the front door when entering and leaving the house
Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you
Keep noise to a minimum after midnight please
Please do not invite strangers into our home; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance
Please enjoy your stay and treat our house as you would your own home!

Tim, is a Blessing, his Compassion and Kindness and Dedication to making every Guest feel Comfrotable is Amazing. This was my First experiance doing Hostles and I recommend anybody that want to Have a Peaceful and comfortable place this is the location .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
