Beautiful Cozy, Clean and Airy ( 3 Large Windows) Studio Apartment in the of heart of Baldwin, Long Island NY. The apartment is located at the back of our house and was built as an addition to the main house and now serves as our guest suite.

The mini kitchen comes equipped with a microwave oven with inbuilt toaster and a panini maker and sink.
The Kitchen has NO STOVE.
Fantastic Close Access to everything: Supermarket, Restaurants, Gym, Drugstore, 7-Eleven, Laundromat, Bagel shop and much more are all within a 5- 8 mins WALKING DISTANCE!!!
Excellent choice for Medical Students as it is a 5 minutes drive from South Nassau Hospital. The N4 bus will put you right in front of the hospital. The bus stop is a 5 mins walk from the apartment. 25 mins. drive from North shore LIJ and 16 mins. from Winthrop Hospital.
Fantastic access to Manhattan as well.
40 mins. to Manhattan by train. The Baldwin train station is only a 12 mins. walk from the apartment. Train fare to Manhattan to and fro - $18, Weekly pass $80. JFK Airport is 20 mins drive away, LaGuardia Airport is 30mins away. An awesome affordable choice - if you want easy access to Manhattan, without paying the exorbitant prices for Manhattan hotels and if you prefer to stay in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood.
5 mins drive to the Nautical Mile in Freeport, 1 hour drive from the Hamptons, North Fork Wine Country and Tanger Outlets. Short drive to the Bay Shore Ferry to Fire Island; 15 mins drive to Jones Beach, 12 mins drive to Long Beach. All of the major shopping malls on Long Island are only a short drive away! Hofstra University, South Nassau University, Nassau Coliseum are a 15mins drive away.
My family and I will be delighted to host you and ensure your stay here is a very pleasurable one. We are well traveled and have a deep respect and appreciation for different cultures and values.
We also have 2 kids: 8 and 5. They also love to meet new people and are usually in bed by 9PM.

Parking is available on the street in front of the main house. Park as close to the sidewalk/curb as possible.
Smoking is allowed away from the main house in the backyard. Please do not smoke anywhere near the house.

About the Area
Our house is located in the heart of Long Island in Baldwin NY. The street and neighborhood is very safe and quiet. The good thing about here is the close proximity to everywhere.
We are 45 mins away by train to Penn Station, Manhattan and the train strain is only a 12 minutes walk from the house. Train fare to and back from Manhattan is $18. Weekly pass is $80.

House Rules
1. Please turn off all lights and other amenities when not in use or when you are out of the apartment.
2. We go to great lengths to ensure the apartment is squeaky clean, we ask you maintain and keep it that way during your stay and when leaving.
3. This is a non smoking apartment, but you are welcome to smoke in the backyard away from the main house.
No smoking allowed in front or near the main building.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
