My place is perfect for medical students as we are close to St. Agnes. Also we are close to UMBC and CCBC in Catonsville, MD for students going there. We enjoy hosting quiet students who enjoy a private home setting. A perfect place to rest and concentrate on your studies!

About the Area
The area is in the southwest corner of Baltimore and within 2 miles to St. Agnes hospital and 3 miles to University of MD, Baltimore campus. My home is a great off-campus home for serious students who want a home environment and quiet. We have a 150 year old mansion with an acre ground and off-street parking.

House Rules
We love to welcome kind and respectful guests into our home! We appreciate your privacy and are seeking quiet students or guests. We also appreciate your keeping our home clean and ask that you use slippers in the home and not wear street shoes in the home. There is no smoking in the home or pets allowed. We ask for our guests to advise when they come in past 11 pm or leave for a short weekend. We ask each guest maintains a clean environment and keeps the common areas clean. The guest will have access to the 3rd floor kitchen, dining-living room. Also they guest may use the washer and dryer in the basement. We have a lovely sun porch entry way with a tread mill the guest may use.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
