Lynda is a doer. Although she had issues with the house's heating she was nonetheless able to prepare a room for us and host us for the night. She gave us great tips about what to see, eat and do around Boston. As can be read on the Homestay description, Lynda has lots of rules for her house. All of them are understandable, mostly common sense rules. I see the need to make them explicit when you host people from all over the world, coming from different cultural backgrounds. Still we found the rule debriefing to be too overwhelming and hard to keep track, specially for someone that was staying for a single night. Make sure to keep focused while you get the rules' briefing. Anyway, all went swiftly, and it seems we didn't break any major rule :) The neighbourhood is quiet and it is easy to park around. The house, mostly a wood based construction, shows the usual signs of aging, with some crackling sounds as you walk around. Nevertheless everything was tidy and comfortable. Our room was spacious and properly furnished.

Lynda was super nice and everything was very clean. I will definitely stay again when going back to visit Boston :)
Lynda was awesome. Exceeded my expectations. Clean Kewl place.
It was a great experience. Her communication was excellent. Will definitely be back!
She is very nice. She did many things for us.We had a good experience.
I had a very pleasant stay at Lynda's house. She is a great host and took very good care of me during my stay. The house is super clean and I felt very comfortable for the moment I entered. I would definitely recommend Lynda's house to anyone who is looking for a nice, welcoming and super clean place in Boston! :)
the heater was so bad it wasn't good and bed was near window that it was so cold that I got bad flue and it made my sightseeing plan ruined.
The facilities were very good, our only concern was that we might have had to share the apartment with strangers and there was no lock on the bathroom door. In the event we did not have to share and in all other ways would have rated this stay with 5 hearts.
