My house is excellently located; since we have 3 train stations nearby and the bus stop 50 yards away. We are 10 minutes from Boston. 5 minutes from the airport. Also close to all major universities such as Harvard, MIT and Tuff. Supermarkets, Outlets etc. to minutes The City (Medford) is a very quiet community with young people. We have a back yard where you can make grills or Barbecue. We have WI-FI in laundry at home. The house is small but comfortable. It has four bedrooms. The baeseman fully furnished. a single bathroom for now. The kitchen is comfortable and the dining room can seat 6 people at a time. We also have central air conditioning. We are three. My wife Leticia my eldest son Julio (25) and me. We all work during the day. We like to go out to eat and go to the cinema and enjoy nature. We are very close and we like to have people of other nationalities to learn from other cultures and to see ours.

About the Area
The city is located north of Boston. Three train stations nearby, plus a bus stop 50 yards. We Automercado, pharmacies, liquor stores, malls, etc., less than half an hour. Aiport 15 minutes by automobile. And the city of Boston and 10 minutes. It is a very quiet street. The main artery (93) is at one minute automovile. Traversing the artery is Boston.

House Rules
In the house washing clothes on Saturdays only is extra pay. the kitchen is not used Garbage taken out every Monday night. He dinner 7:00 pm if you choose to eat at home every day additional payment must bathe. Warn if late or no vieene to sleep. Do not use the shower after 9:00 pm. Do not smoke inside the house. Be very aware that one lives with others why not throw doors and walk hard. Since the floors are wooden and you can hear everything. Do not wear shoes inside the house.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
