The home is clean. You will have your own entrance. Television, Coffee, Tea, Fully Equip Kitchen (glasses, dishes, pots, etc.). Stove, Refridgetor, Table, Chairs and a Bathroom. First Aid Kit on site. Blow dryers also available. There are cleaning supplies located in bathroom for your own needs. Guest responsibility to clean up after theirselves. Complementary toiletry bag available. Parking on the street is available. Walking distance from mass transit. My son & husband live in the home. There is a medium size kitchen and two bathrooms. We speak english. Laundrymat is located close by. Close by is the Express 46 bus and 4, 3 train on Eastern Parkway and Utica. For the local 46 bus you can catch it on Utica between Park Place and President. The area is very diverse with restaurants located on Utica Avenue. You have four hospitals in the area, Kings County Brookdale, Kingsbrook and SUNY Downstate.

About the Area
You’re near the B46, B35, and B8 bus accessible to the 4,5,2,3 train. Laundromat is one block away. Close shopping areas are Utica Avenue, Pitkin Avenue, Kings Plaza, Erskine Mall and Downtown Brooklyn. Other close attractions reachable by subway is The Brooklyn Museum, Grand Army Plaza, Children’s Museum and Prospect Park. Located in Prospect Park are tennis courts, boating, and in the winter months you have ice-skating and in the summer months you have roller skating. This is a Two-Fare Zone.

Best of all the rooms i stayed, clean, comfortable , Denise is such a wonderful person❤️. Highly recommend you stay there. Oh yeah very close to public transportation, everything was just right❤️❤️

When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
