Hola! Welcome to our little world of magic and happiness! Really ... while the rest of the world is in chaos, my partner Conrad and I, along with our 7 year old daughter focus on staying positive and making all of our dreams come true. Renovating this 19th Century Victorian Townhouse and having YOU as our guest is one of them!! We are both artists - I am a visual artist, painter, illustrator and designer. Conrad is a dancer, historian, nightlife promoter and he also works in stage production. We KNOW this city inside and out! We are happy to share our home with you and are happy to welcome you to THE PLANET aka Brooklyn!
Rooms and House:
Relax at one of our private room on the first floor of our newly renovated 19th Century Townhouse. Super clean and thoughtfully decorated, the rooms boosts a new mattresses and fresh linens. The house is bright and peaceful with a shared full bath on the same floor. Clean towels and linens are provided for all guests and changed weekly during long-term stays. My family and I occupy the 2nd floor and are available for as much (or as little) interaction as desired.
Neighborhood:
East Flatbush is a colorful neighborhood with loads of culture and Caribbean flavor. If food is your thing then you are in the right place! You can find every type of West Indian food from Trinidadian, Haitian, Jamaican to Mexican, Chinese or just some quick pizza or BK. Plus it's super cheap!
Location & Transportation:
Explore all the amazing wonders that Brooklyn and Manhattan have to offer with the 2/5 subway lines just 3 short blocks away. Brooklyn's famed Barclay's Center, BAM and the Brooklyn Museum are just 10 minutes away. You can also reach several Manhattan locations in about 25 mins.

About the Area
The house is located in the residential neighborhood of East Flatbush. The property is about 35-45 from the airport via cab. The 2/5 subway lines are just 3 short blocks away. Brooklyn's famed Barclay's Center, BAM and the Brooklyn Museum are just 10 minutes away. You can also reach several Manhattan locations in about 25 mins. Local buses are available 1 block away on Church Ave and New York Avenue.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
