Apartment
I live in a 24-hour security building with a doorman. My apartment is located on the first floor. I can accommodate, males, females and students. I live in a spectacular two bedrooms, two bathrooms’ apartment. All rooms have natural lighting and hardwood floors and a small refrigerator and individual air conditioning units. The Master bedroom has a private bathroom ensuite (within the room). The second bedroom has a shared bathroom in the hallway and a full kitchen. No smoking and no pets in the apartment.

About the Area
I live in a safe, multicultural neighborhood; my guests can enjoy a three block scenic walk to Brooklyn Prospect Park which is a 526-acre public park. Prospect Park is situated between Parade Grounds, Grand Army Plaza and Brooklyn Botanic Garden. My apartment is a five-minute walk from The Kings Theatre which is a live performance venue. The building is a French Renaissance style architecture which was inspired by the Palace of Versailles and the Paris Opera House. The subway station is one block away, and the Bus is three blocks away. The Barclay Stadium and Brooklyn Academy of Music is a 15 minute train ride to Downtown Brooklyn. The subway is 25 minutes’ train ride to Manhattan, the Statue of Liberty, Mid-Town, Macy’s Herald Square, and Madison Square Garden.

House Rules
I have a home base business where I teach five preschoolers daily from 9:30 to 4:30 pm. My business will not impact your stay because the location of the rooms is conveniently located away from my home business. My guests will have full access to the kitchen if they want to prepare meals for themselves. During the hours of 9:00 am to 4:30 pm one bathroom will be shared to service the children needs. Any questions or concerns you may have during your stay, please bring to my attention, and I will do my best to resolve it. Thanks in advance. You are always welcome to stay at my home.
Check in is at 4:30pm unless you make prior arrangements with host.

Unprepared even though we were a day late accommodation bedroom not ready kitchen a disgrace unhygienic shame I cannot post photos to confirm only to be told these were our expectations and that we should have communicated better no care and no responsibility for how accommodation was presented
Further there is no doorman for last eight months they don’t live there which is apparent by three cartons of off milk one curdling and mouldy cheese and there answer is you have your own fridge to use We did not complete our stay we were refunded our last three days reluctantly after confrontation Homestay should have guidelinesDecember 2022
Sarahya is a great host, replied promptly to all our questions.
I stayed with my husband in a room, but we were able to use a spacious shared zone as well. The bed is comfy, and the room looks nice. There is everything you might need in the kitchen. The property is located just a few minutes from the subway station, very convenient to commute. Many grocery stores and supermarkets in a walking distance.

The homestay was even better than the pictures, it was super cozy and it has everything you'll ever need (stable wifi, laundry room downstairs, clean bathroom, spacious refrigerator, kitchen, etc). The place is really close to the nearest train station (just a 3 or 4-minute-walk away) and it was convenient to go anywhere from there. I would recommend this place to anyone without hesitation.
Sarahya and Kurt made me feel at home almost instantly, despite it was my first time living in the US. They went above and beyond and showed me the train station and how to get the metro card, recommended the best way for me to commute to my new workplace, recommended good places to eat and shop for groceries. They were really welcoming and Sarahya was always responsive to my questions. I'm so grateful that I met such two beautiful souls in Brooklyn. They really set the whole uplifting tone during my stay and made Brooklyn feel like a second home.

Great experience. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The metro station is very close. Sarahya is a good host. She is always there to help and responds quickly when you need her. I recommend.

Sarahya is an excellent host. She made sure our stay was comfortable, convenient, and had everything we needed. Very easy to reach with any questions. Subway is super close, and neighborhood feels safe. Security door man couldn't have been more friendly.

Sarahya is a very nice , genuine, sweet person overall, who loves to make her guest feels comfortable. Her place is spacious and comfortable. I would stay at her place again .

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
