Stay with London and friends in our home in East Williamsburg BK, New York. We Look forward to hosting, it is second nature to us! This is a 2 bedroom apartment with a full kitchen for our guests. The kitchen is equipped with all your cooking needs. The bedroom is large size bedroom with a queen-size bed. Lots of space to move around and relax. The bedroom faces the front of the house, so there is an ample amount of light. You will have all the amenities that you generally have at home including free coffee and tea, coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, dishware, glasses, cups, silverware, hairdryer, fresh towels and linen, body wash soap, smart tv with Prime Video included and much more.

While booking need to leave a deposit to hold the room non refundable if you cancel.
Cancellation Fees will be charged accordingly. 14 days, cancellation policy, guest entitled to a full refund. After 14 days, no refund will be applied. Guest must pay for their stay even if they cancel.

Chambre spacieuse parfaite pour 1 semaine à New-York ! Appartement tres chouette et très propre. Appartement idéalement situé à brooklyn, proche du métro. Hôte très sympa.

We had a great stay at London's place! The room was very nice, and the accomodation is not far from Manhattan and other great spots of New York with the subway. London was kind and helpful with us. If we come back, we will likely book London's place again.

London's room was perfect for our stay in Brooklyn - clean and comfortable, reasonably priced, close to the subway and many local bars, clubs, and food places. London was very easy to communicate and arrange things with. Would be happy to stay there again!

London's space was the perfect pad for my stay in Bushwick. I was within a few blocks or a quick Uber ride away from every show/club I planned on going to. The apartment was clean and convenient, it was close to the main street and subways, and I look forward to staying there again!

Great location, very close to the subway and lots of places to eat/drink in the area. Comfortable room and reasonable price, especially for New York.
How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
