Es wahr wundertoll schönn
Accueil superbe, disponible et trop gentille! Hôte superbe...
It was a good stay for me.The bed was comfortable. You are separated from your host and dont have to worry about your host gerting in your way with your own entrance and privacy. Slada was very friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient to catching the bus which is less than a minute walk.
This guest awarded the host 5 hearts but didn’t leave any comments.
Miss Michel was warm and friendly also very accommodating. It's cozy and clean I felt like I was I was in my own home. I would stay there any time I'm in Brooklyn. She's not just a great host. But a friendly and welcoming one. I've found the perfect home away from home.
Slada the host, was very friendly and helpful and showed me around the local area in the 1st day of my stay, so I could get acquainted with the local neighbourhood, shops and transportation. The accommodation is based in the basement and is shared with one other person and offered a small kitchen area, bathroom and laundry room. The room was equipped with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, TV, and although based in the basement, does have a window. The room isn't overly spacious and therefore would be suitable for someone who plans to spend most of their time out than staying around the apartment.
The accommodation is 2 minutes walk to the bus stop, which run a frequent bus to the nearest sub way ( Flatbush) in 4 minutes. The area is mainly made up of people from a diverse range of Caribbean and Caribbean-American backgrounds. It is safe and the local people helpful and friendly. I often travelled on the subway from central Manhattan back to Flatbush late at night, and never experienced any problems. The nearest subway ( Flatbush) runs lines 2 and 5 which conveniently runs directly to many of the main stops in central Manhattan ( 34th Street, Grand Central Station, 42nd Street, Wall Street etc.) However it does take around 35 -40 minutes to get into central Manhattan from Flatbush on the local trains and 20 - 35 minutes on the express trains.
All in all I had a comfortable and safe stay and would recommend this Homestay to other travellers.
Excellent host, the room was spacious and located in a quite and central location.
