Hi, I'm renting a fully furnished spare room and bath in my 2bed/2ba apartment that feels more like a home. Light and airy facing a lovely tree lined street, its the best apt in the building and being on the 2nd floor feels safe and secure. Its a very short walk to restaurants, bars, stores, gyms, mall and cinemas. Centrally located only 8 mins to Burbank airport and 5 mins to the train station but still in a quiet neighborhood. The bedroom is a really good size - oversized - i believe it's roughly 14*13 and has an oversized mirrored closet. Your bathroom is right across the hall from your bedroom door. The building has a laundry on site. You also get an underground gated parking space.

About the Area
You couldn’t get a more central and accessible location. Unlike a lot of LA, Burbank is walkable to many things. A 5 min walk to San Fernando Blvd which features shopping, restaurants, gyms, bars & entertainment which include a mall, cinemas, a bowling alley and comedy club. Its also only an 8 min Uber ride to the Airport and 5 mins to the train station. Burbank is also very close to the studios and Hollywood and is filled with many eclectic and boutique stores along Magnolia. Beautiful tree lined streets make walking a lovely pastime here. Up the street is a golf course and hiking and a restaurant with a view of the valley and downtown LA. There’s also a park nearby with tennis courts and a pool for those inclined. The Empire Centre is 5 mins and provides big box store shopping such as Target, Nordstrom Rack, Best Buy, Walmart etc.

House Rules
I appreciate basic housekeeping things that generally any host would want. I ask guests be respectful of my things, if you were to happen to damage then you would repair or replace. Clean up after yourself. Keep noise to a reasonable level. Take shoes off at front door. No scented candles or anything that is synthetically scented - allergy reasons.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
