We are an easy going semi-retired couple who had dreamed of living in a warm climate all our lives, so 4 years ago we took the leap and moved 1300 mile to beautiful Southwest Florida!! Now that we are living our dream we want to share it with others. Hopefully you will be as inspired as we were every time we visited this beautiful area. If you love nature, kayaking, shelling, exploring and lets not forget the beautiful beaches.... come experience our dream :) We are in the heart of some of the best fishing in the world with many barrier islands to explore. Our home has a huge screened Lanai with pool and we enjoy stunning sunsets every evening from the pool. Hope to see you soon!!

Newly developed area 3mile from Matlacha and Pine Island. Close to many activities, shopping, dining etc. Approx.30-40 minutes from Airport in Ft. Myers same for Punta Gorda. No public transportation in this area, you will need a rental car.

House Rules
Common sense stuff! Our home is well furnished, well kept and clean. We ask that you respect that and keep it as such. Lights out for us at 10 some nights during the week, just ask that you be respectful of that. All common space media should be shut off by 10pm on nights we have to work the next morning. You are welcome to watch TV in your bedrooms keeping the volume at a level not to be heard outside the room. House is split floor plan so not usually a problem. We do have pets, they are very lovable and friendly. Sophie and Madie welcome you upon arrival! Sorry but we do not host anyone who smokes :(

We would definitely stay here again. Our hosts were very knowledgeable of the area and recommended the most beautiful beaches and daily activities that weren't tourist traps. We felt welcomed and very comfortable in their home. We didn't just stay in a strangers home, we stayed in our new friends home. Thank you Jo and Gary!

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
