A Lovely bright and sunny room ONLY with full bed, tv and wifi in a town house, with shared bathroom in a really lovely area called Cerritos. We have an outside patio where you can enjoy a beverage and watch the hummingbirds. We have a communal swimming pool, 2 mins from freeway, Public transportation 1 block away, close to shopping malls and lovely restaurants. 15 minutes away from Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm. Please note, this is not an entire home to rent, we do not allow animals, the max is 2 persons. There is a communal pool

The bathroom is only shared if both rooms are rented out. But so far it has never happened...

A really lovely area, with so many restaurants within walking distance. Huge mall really close by. 2 mins from the freeways to get anywhere in California
there are buses within 1 block from the house. These buses can take you to Long Beach or to Norwalk train station, which has routes into Los Angeles and to Redondo Beach

House Rules
1) Please clean up after yourselves
2) do not leave dirty dishes out, there is a dishwasher.
3) Please keep all personal belongings in your room, there are drawers and closet.
4) Do not leave anything including trash in communal areas or in our private area. If staying longer then 7 days, we will enter the room and change sheets, towels and empty trash.
5) Please do not wear outside shoes in the house.
6) You may use the fridge. No cooking of food
7) Turn lights off if coming in late and lock up thoroughly.
8) Turn off fan when going out and open windows to air room out
9) Do not leave wet towels anywhere other then in the bathroom, there are hooks
10) Clean up after yourselves
11) Do not come in drunk
12) No smoking under any circumstances
13) No guests at all. Only 2 persons maximum per room
14) No parties
15) No loud noise
16) Street cleaners come on a Tuesday morning, please do not park on the street, as we cannot be responsible for tickets
17) Most important we have an alarm which must be put on at all times leaving the house, please text when leaving the house, so I can make sure the alarm is set
18)We do provide towels, please do not use to remove make up, or hair dyes
19) We provide shampoo, conditioner, soaps and hairdryer. There is also an iron that can be used upon request

Your host is a non-smoker.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
