Our condo is perfectly situated halfway between downtown Chicago and O'hare airport 24/7 train service nearby and a bus stop right outside the building. You can go just about anywhere in the city in 20 min by the Blue Line/ I-90 (subject to traffic). Free street parking is available as well.
Located in the city, but away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet green neighborhood with all amenities of a modern building. The cozy bed is perfect for 2 but our air mattress can sleep 2 more. If you require additional accommodations please just inquire.

About the Area
Our condo is located on the north side of the city in a quiet and safe neighborhood. We are 6.5 miles from downtown and only 15 minutes drive from the O'hare Airport.
We love that our Avondale home is so close to hot areas (Logan Square, Wicker Park, Bucktown). With a bus stop right outside our house, it makes for easy transportation from our building to Wrigley Field which is just 3 miles west of us. Being just 3 blocks from the Blue Line train (Addison Stop) means that it's just 5 mins. to Logan Square, 20 mins. to the Loop and 15 mins. to O'Hare. There are more than 30 nearby restaurants: Chinese, Eastern European, German, Irish Pubs, Italian, Korean, Mediterranean, Mexican, Middle Eastern, Moroccan, Peruvian, South American, Sushi and Thai. Our place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business people. Situated in a safe and quiet neighborhood yet lively if you step out just a few blocks over onto Addison St, Pulaski and Milwaukee Avenue where many restaurants and pubs are situated. We feel safe walking to and from the Blue Line station even after midnight, but awareness of your surrounding is always a good policy. You can stroll the tree-lined neighborhood streets of the adjacent historically landmarked "Villa District" on your way to award-winning BBQ from SMOQUE BBQ as seen on Food Network and most 'Top 10 Best in the US' BBQ lists. Live music, bars, restaurants, and shops of Logan Square and Wicker Park, just 2-3 stops down. Wanna check out the Bean? Millennium Park? Michigan Ave? You are just a short ride away.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) and a 25% deposit using a choice of payments: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal. The deposit is collected in advance on behalf of the host to protect against no show or late cancellations (within 7 days of arrival). You then pay your host the balance due on arrival. The 25% deposit payment is made to the host 2 business days after your scheduled arrival date. This deposit payment will only be refunded if you cancel the booking at least 7 full days prior to arrival.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
