Tarek (speaks French and Arabic) is from Algeria, North Africa and is a musician (singer) and actor, Diana, his wife is a photographer and actor. We are pet ($25 extra a night) and 420 friendly. We both are starving artists who supplement our income in the hospitality business and are world travelers. We love to meet people from all over the world and discuss culture and are open-minded. This room is located in our condo which is the garden (Lowest Level) of a 3 flat in Andersonville. We welcome Concertgoers, Deadheads, Cub Fans, and musicians from all over the world. We do not discriminate and Andersonville is a lively neighborhood with nearby bars, concert venues, transportation, coffee shops, restaurants, Wrigley Field. It is also safe and gay-friendly. We may or may not have interaction with you depending on our schedule. You will have a key and can be free to enter and exit at any time. We try to keep a clean home but please do not expect a 5-star hotel. Please be respectful and clean up after yourself. You share the bathroom and have a fridge in your bedroom. This is a great place to stay for the weekend and discover Chicago easily by public transportation. In a great area close to concert venues, bars, restaurants, The Cubs, Coffee shops, and boutiques. The bed is comfortable and we will always offer you coffee or tea if we are around.

About the Area
Our Condo is the bottom level of a 3 flat in the heart of Andersonville. a safe and gay-friendly neighborhood. Close to concert venues, Coffee shops, Transportation, Cubs, Bars, Restaurants. It is also near little Vietnam that has many restaurants. It is 7 miles North of downtown and has easy transportation nearby.

Meals

Pay in advance by PayPal or by cash on the first day of stay.
No nudity, no excessive drinking or drugs, 420 OK. Cigarettes outside, please! Sleeping is only allowed in the bedroom. Pets are ok but it is $25 extra dollars per night. Please clean up after yourself. We are not responsible for any injury inside our property. Be respectful with noise and neighbors. Checkout is at noon. We are late night artists so don't expect complete quiet at night but the morning is quiet. We do have birds and birds will sing. Sometimes we board dogs so there is a possibility that there may be a dog here.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
