I live in a single family home in Wicker Park a trendy section of Chicago with my 1dogs. My home is located on a quiet, tree-lined street and is just a 5 minute walk to public transportation, cafés, bars, restaurants and shopping.
I have a large kitchen, comfortable living space and a cozy garden.

About the Area
My house is located on the north side of Chicago on a quiet and safe street in a neighborhood called Wicker Park, which has trendy restaurants, shops and bars.
We are 10 minutes from downtown Chicago (The LOOP) via public transportation.
The bus stop is only 5 minutes' walk from the house and the subway train is 7 minutes.

- Please keep our home secure and double-lock the front door when entering and leaving the house.
- No smoking in the house, this includes and is not limited to, your bedroom, bathroom, hallways, stairwells, etc. If needed, you may smoke in the back yard.
- Please do not adjust the heat settings yourself, ask me and I will happily do it for you.
- Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after!
- Keep noise to a minimum after midnight, please.
- Please DO NOT INVITE "strangers into my home"; if you would like to invite a friend over just agree it with me in advance.

We stayed with Ehryck 9 nights in mid september. We had our own lovely room with bathroom. Ehryck was absolutely lovely, easy going and helpful. He does not get in your hair but was always ready with advice and suggestions. The area is awesome, safe, really close to public transport and good bars and restaurants. We recommend this homestay location whole heartedly.

Ehryck es un increíble host, es muy buena persona y hace que la estadía sea agradable. El lugar donde se ubica la casa está increíble, es un área de bares y cafés, está súper!. Excelente ubicación y ambiente.

I had booked a room at Ehryck's apartment for my son, who found it to be exactly what was on offer: A great location, a lovely apartment and a clean and comfortable room with a bath. Add to that, a host who makes you feel welcome and gives you the privacy. My son may return to Chicago and will certainly like to return to Ehryck's place. Strongly recommended. Thanks Ehryck. C'est vraiment un chouette quartier. Près de tout. La chambre est plus belle que sur les photos. C'est grand, calme et propre. Salle de bain privée. J'ai adoré mon expérience. Je n'ai pas croisé beaucoup mon hôte mais j'ai apprécié sa discrétion.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
