Hello and welcome to my home. Just a few things to note while staying here.
The front door does not lock automatically so you must
Use the key to lock the door when leaving and lock the door by hand after entering. We only lock the top lock using the big silver key. The gold key works for all walk through gates around the complex.
If you have a car
For your stay in LA I recommended you park on the side street called Wagner. There are no restrictions there and it is safe also you can enter the complex on the Wagner side using your gold colored key.

You are free to use the kitchen however limited to only light cooking or prep only. Please no cooking with oils please and make sure to clean and wipe down all counter tops and Clean all dishes. Make sure to put all your foods away in the refrigerator. . If you can not comply with the house rules you will be asked to leave.
It Is also very important that you pick up your towels and personal items in the bathroom and hang them in your room to ensure they are used only by you. The bathroom is a shared bath and you must keep it clean as a courtesy to other guests.
Oh one more very important thing. You must say hi to Sashael whenever you arrive she loves belly rubs ❤️

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
