I LIVE IN A four bedroom house in Decatur Georgia 2 miles outside of Atlanta Georgia. WE ARE A CHRISTIAN FAMILY HOME. VERY QUITE SUBDIVISION . I HAVE TWO WONDERFUL SONS THAT ARE GRADUATED OF VIRGINIA TECH AND COLGATE UNIVERSITY ARE DOING VERY WELL THANKS BE TO GOD. ALSO A DAUGHTER THAT IS MY NIECE I RAISE GRADUATED FROM GEORGIA STATE. WE ARE A FAMILY THAT BELIEVE IN EACH OTHER GOALS IN LIFE TO SUCCEED.THIS HOUSE HAS TO 2 BATH ,SPACIOUS LIVING ROOM DINING ROOM KITCHEN BASEMENT DECK OVERLOOK THE BACKYARD. SUBDIVISION HAS A POOL,TENNIS COURT AND PARTIES ARE WELCOME.

my house is in a very quite subdivison mostly retired educators, medical,and government and business owners. i
I live 10 mintues from downtown Atlanta AND ATTRACTIONS ,GEORIGA TECH,GEORGIA STATE , SPELLMAN,MOREHOUSE, CLARKE-ATLANTA. I LIVED 6 MINTUES FROM EMORY,DEVRY ,AGNES SCOTT university. 20 mintues from SIX FLAGS AND WATER PARK GREAT SHOPPING AND EATING AREAS. PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION AVAILABE IN AREA.

Demetra's in depth knowledge, business contacts and hospitality allowed me to engage the city not as a visitor rather like a Georgian. You will get a great success in whatever you will be doing if you pick Dee's place as your next home-stay facility.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
