About the Homestay
I have been hosting international students and guests for over 15 years, we have great fun. I have a little dog that dose not' go near the bed rooms, but is fun if you choose to spend time with him. I have worked in Hotels for over 20 years and now work as a chef in a catering company and I am a medical Assistant . I care for my elderly parents who live nearby. We are in a great community, on Charles River. 5 single rooms, and one has two twin beds. Come chill by the pool in the garden after a day of exploring Boston! Please let me know if you will have a car or be using public transport when you consider my home. It makes responding quicker. Thank you. I look forward to hosting you.
I have hosted 14 year old kids to 60 year old business men. I have a hospitality personality and I will help you reach your goals during your stay: of having fun in Boston, taking your class, visiting your loved ones, or just having a change of pace for yourself! If there is anything I can do to assist you. - Carol

About the Area
Our house is located in historic Dedham, just south of Boston. The area is called Riverdale or Dedham Island, because you need to go over a little river bridge over the Charles River in every direction. We are surrounded by beautiful parks and recreation and are a short walk to public transportation. We are 13 miles from the airport, close enough to the city with the feel of the country. We are walking distance from shopping and dining and a short drive to everything else!

Consideramos que es una persona muy amable y cordial. También, amigable , gentil en su trato con el guest.
Where to begin ?
I planned on staying only one month in Carol's home and I ended up extended my stay consequently so that a month became a year.
The neighborhood is very quiet and yet not that far from Boston. The house is very well furnished and there is even a pool in a beautiful garden that I never got tired of.
The rooms are neat and I felt comfortable quite quickly.
Then there is Carol who is a wonderful host, always kind and helpful. I'll never forget the discussions in the living room about pretty much anything, in the coldest time of winter or hottest time of summer, Leo the little dog running around us, always feeling cozy and comfy.
I highly recommend a stay there,
Thank you for everything you did for me.
Thanks a lot for theses 3 days it was really nice !
I think they can do more to make sure the bed and floors are clean. Carol was very nice but I didn’t stay I needed a little bit more.
This guest awarded the host 4 hearts but didn’t leave any comments.
It was a wonderful experience to be hosted by Carol; The room was clean and well arranged with fruits and beverages all for my comfort, the bathroom was very tidy, and above all the host (Carol) is a really caring and warmth hearted lady. She Picked me up from the bus station the day I arrived, showed me around the city during my stay and dropped me off at the bus station at the end of my stay (all at her own cost of fuel). I would recommend this host to anyone.
