Walking distance from he Colorado Blvd Lightrail station this neighborhood is known as the safest and closest neighborhood downtown where you friends can still come visit and find free street parking right outside of the property. You can take the lightrail directly here from the airport.

We are a clean house and welcome you here. Please do use our kitchen supplies but clean up any mess you make ASAP. Yes that includes putting away the clean dishes after they dry/unloading the dishwasher.
No clutter or belongings in common area unless you're actively using it (like a laptop). Shoes should be kept in your room.
If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it;
if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use
it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you
move it, put it back

Great stay, the house is a six bedroom house, but there are only 2 long-term roommates downstairs, so I had all of upstairs to myself, including a private bathroom which is nice. House was clean, despite my concerns with the previous reviews. Might rent from Matt long-term when I move back to Denver -- GREAT LOCATION!

I had very bad experience with him I saw him only few minutes during my 4 months he barely stay at home he used his tenant to do most of his works meeting new tenants...
House is soo old dirty damage every

House was indeed dirty the whole time Saleh was there. He took my rug outside and ruined it, didn't clean the bathroom once, and broke some of the windows. If you're dirty, DO NOT apply to be a guest in the house.
For those of you who are clean, fear not, I've already had cleaners come and throw out all of Saleh's dirty clothes he left behind and trash in his room, as well as sanitize all the common areas.

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
