This is an older large family home across from a great park with a lake and running path. Female preferred. All utilities included plus Wi-fi,
The room is fully furnished with a queen bed, fridge, microwave, coffee pot, dishes, all you need are your clothes. you will enjoy the free street parking right outside your door. Private entrance. Bike storage available.
Small shopping center and restaurants two blocks away. Bus stop on corner, connects to downtown Denver and light rail to DIA airport and all connecting RTD bus lines.
Available for the weekend, week or longer term stays.

About the Area
Our home is located in one of the greatest areas of Denver. Across from a large lake with running path and lots of activites all year long. Three blocks from strip mall with grocery store, laundry, liquor store, fed ex, grocery store and bus stop on corner.
Ten minutes to downtown denver, 1/2 hour to mountains, near light rail, and major highways.

The neighborhood is safe and stunning having the most beautiful lake in denver (sloans lake) right in front of the house. It's full of nature, yet, with groceries and restaurants just 1 block away. Public transportation is next to the place driving you straight towards downtown within 20 minutes. Maria provided all I need to make myself comfortable at her home. Denver is beautiful and I do recommend staying at Maria's house

How do I book?
Contact the host to check their availability and ask them any questions you have about staying with them. Once the host confirms they’re available for your dates, you can complete your booking.
When do I pay?
Once a host confirms they're available, you can go ahead and pay the 15% booking fee (maximum of 250 $£€ for longer term bookings) using a choice of payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Laser, JCB & PayPal (not available in certain countries). You then pay your host on arrival or as stated by your host on their profile and agreed by you on booking. Please be cautious if a host requests advance payment if its not included on their profile. Our hosts have been advised that if they wish to request advance payment they must make this explicit in their profile. We do not recommend the use of Money gram or Western Union.
When can I share my contact details?
Host and Guest email address, phone number and home address will be exchanged in a confirmation email sent to both immediately after a booking is completed. It's against our policy for Guests and Hosts to exchange direct contact details via our messaging system.
